12 Month Routine

  • 6-7am Milk 180ml
  • 7-8am wake for day & nappy change
  • 8-8.30am weetabix + iron 1ml + 7 vit drops
  • 9.30-10am Nap + check nappy
  • Give snack if wake early + water
  • 11.30am Wake if needed
  • 11.30-12.30pm Lunch
  • 1.30-2pm Nap + check nappy
  • Milk after nap 150ml
  • Give snack if wake early + water
  • 4pm wake if needed
  • 5pm Dinner
  • 5.45 Bath if Bath night
  • 6pm nighties and nappy change
  • 6.15pm down time/books/tv + 150ml Milk
  • 6.30-7pm bedtime
  • All times in between play, garden, walks, tv in small amounts, puzzles, activities – stack rings, read books, cup towers, shape puzzle/box, walkers
