- 6am wake bottle 150ml
- Will play in cots for a little while after the feed then bring down(7.30-8am)
- 8.30am breakfast – fruit
- 9.30am put down for nap in cot- can only be 45mins some days, upto 2hrs wake if not up by 11.45
- If wake early from nap then give bottle 120ml at 11am
- 12pm lunch – vegetables, try giving water too
- Will play after lunch
- 1-1.30pm put down for nap in cot
- 3pm bottle 150ml
- If wake early from lunchtime nap they may need small nap of half hr at 4/4.30 otherwise will be over tired for bedtime to be successful this nap can be in their rocker chairs or sofa in their blankets.
- 5pm Dinner veg or fruit
- 6pm bath if bath night
- 6.30pm bottle 120ml and bed
- 11pm bottle 180ml (dream feed)
- No night feed, give dummy if they cry for a while if not let them self sooth.
