- 6-7am wake bottle 120ml
- 8-8.30am breakfast – weetabix/cornflakes/-water/juice
- 9.30am put down for nap in cot- can only be 45mins some days, upto 2hrs wake if not up by 11.45
- If wake early from nap then give bottle 120ml at 11am
- 12pm lunch – vegetables-fruit
- 1-1.30pm put down for nap in cot
- 3pm bottle 120ml
- 5pm Dinner veg and fruit
- 6pm bath if bath night
- 6.30pm bed
- 7-7.30pm bottle 120ml (dream feed once asleep)
- 11pm bottle 180ml (dream feed)
